DESCRIPTION:Your Money Your Power – Systems Navigation™\nFounding Pilot Cohort\nMarch 21 – April 25\nSaturdays | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (Virtual)\nLimited to 8 Participants\n  \nSystems Navigation™ is a 6-week structured cohort designed to help young adults understand how life’s systems actually work — starting with their internal stress system and moving outward to decisions\, institutions\, financial stability\, and personal direction. \n\nThis is not a therapy group.\nThis is not a trauma-processing circle.\nThis is structured skill development.\n\nParticipants will learn how to move from reactive survival patterns toward intentional decision-making and forward momentum. \nWho This Is For: \nYoung adults (ages 16–25) who: \n• Feel stuck in reactive patterns\n• Struggle with stress regulation\n• Want more control over their decisions\n• Are navigating complex systems (work\, school\, authority\, transitions)\n• Are ready for structured growth and accountability \nThis pilot cohort is intentionally small to ensure depth and engagement. \nThe 6-Week Arc \nWeek 1 – Internal System Literacy™\nUnderstanding stress responses and learning real-time regulation tools. \nWeek 2 – Decision Pattern Mapping™\nIdentifying recurring reaction cycles and building pause points. \nWeek 3 – Institutional Systems Awareness\nUnderstanding how external systems operate and how to navigate them effectively. \nWeek 4 – Money Systems Literacy\nClarifying income\, debt\, and financial stabilization basics. \nWeek 5 – Personal System Design\nCreating a 90-day personal operating plan. \nWeek 6 – Integration + Agency Plan\nConsolidating learning and defining next steps. \nEach session builds progressively. Attendance and consistency matter. \nWhat Participants Will Gain \nBy the end of the 6 weeks\, participants will:\n• Recognize their stress signals earlier\n• Develop tools to regulate in real time\n• Identify recurring decision patterns\n• Understand how external systems influence outcomes\n• Create a practical 90-day forward plan \nPre- and post-program assessments are used to measure growth in awareness and decision confidence. \nCommitment Structure \nThis is a structured cohort\, not a drop-in workshop. \nTo reserve a seat\, participants submit a $50 commitment deposit. \nThe full $50 is refunded upon completion of at least 5 of the 6 live sessions. \nThis ensures accountability and protects the integrity of the group experience. \nSpots are limited to 8 participants. \nImportant Notes\n• Educational program (not therapy).\n• Participation is voluntary and sharing is optional.\n• Participants must commit to consistent attendance.\n• Refunds processed within 7 days of program completion upon meeting attendance requirements.\n  \nSpots are limited.
